Key Account Manager USA/CANADA (Starting 2018)

Essential Responsibilities/Requirements of this position include but are not limited to the following

  • Main focus: Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by using fact-based selling methods
  • Interact with major clients on a regular basis, travel as required
  • Seek new customers, either known target accounts or new business found by prospecting
  • work with the Technical Services Manager to make new product introductions to key customers
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfactionWork with sales management and the shipping department on order management including monitoring status of key customer shipments
  • Make contacts at all levels and with all major customers, which might influence current and future buying decisions
  • Analyze customer information and business trends to identify and expand business opportunities
